We believe in our products so much that if you are not fully satisfied with your product we will happily refund your purchase price within 30 days!*

Step 1: Fill out the Satisfaction Guarantee form below and click 'Submit'.

Step 2: Post the remaining product to us no later than 30 days from date of purchase with the original receipt and a signed copy of the Satisfaction Guarantee form. Return address will be advised by email.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee - Terms and Conditions

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Emmagine. If, for any reason you are not satisfied, you may apply for a refund within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

Fill out the Application Form completely and accurately on our website
Return the unused product and the original purchase receipt to Emmagine
Ensure that the Emmagine product has been tried for at least 7 days and has at least 50% of its contents remaining

Please note the following:

Only one refund of one product is allowed per family at any one address
Refunds will be issued for the amount on the original purchase to the original PayPal account. No cheques or other forms of refund will be issued.
Refund Payments will be made within 60 days of receipt of the Application Form, unused product, and purchase receipt.
Postage costs will not be refunded.
Emmagine reserves the right to reject any application it deems inappropriate or an abuse of the offer or the subject of fraud.
Emmagine reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.
